Responsible Gambling
To open an account and play at mmkvip, you must be 21 years of age or older. The service is not available to those under 21. This age restriction exists to protect the health and financial wellbeing of players. Age verification documents may be requested if necessary.
Yes. If you want to take a break from gambling, we can set a Cooling-off period for you. Contact us via 24-hour Live Chat and we will work with you to set a period of 1 to 30 days. During that time, deposits and gameplay will be suspended.
If you feel you cannot control your gambling, contact our Live Chat immediately. Our staff can arrange Self-Exclusion for you right away. We also recommend reaching out to family members, professional counsellors, or healthcare services. Gambling should be for entertainment only.
You can request a Deposit Limit through Live Chat. Once set, it stays in effect until you ask to change it. This tool is effective for keeping your spending within budget.

Sports Betting
Go to the football section on mmkvip, find the EPL (English Premier League) or MNL (Myanmar National League) match you want, enter your stake on the match you like, and place your bet. There are two options: Pre-match and Live. Note that your bet is only confirmed once you submit it.
Odds are the numbers that show how much you can win if your bet is successful. For example, odds of 2.0 mean you will receive double the amount you staked. A Handicap is a system that gives the weaker team a head start (for example +0.5) to balance the betting. Team A (-1) means Team A must win by two or more goals for the bet to win.
In the Live Betting section, you can see Odds changing in real time as the match is played and place a bet whenever you want. Note that Odds will keep shifting depending on how the match is going. Match times are shown in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
Settlement is normally done as soon as possible after the match ends. Once the result is officially confirmed, winnings are added to your account. For cancelled matches or abandoned games, settlement follows the applicable rules — you can check via Live Chat.
Single Bet means you bet on one match only, and you only win if that match wins. Parlay (Accumulator) is a method where you combine two or more matches to go for a larger payout. Note that if any one match in the parlay loses, the entire parlay loses, so the risk of losing is higher.
Deposit Questions
Go to the Deposit section on mmkvip, select KBZPay, and transfer the money to the KBZPay number provided. After payment, send a screenshot of the payment receipt to Live Chat. Once the deposit is verified, it will appear in your account quickly. You can transfer directly from your KBZPay account, so it is straightforward.
mmkvip does not charge any processing fee for deposits. However, payment service providers such as KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay may charge their own fees, so please check the transaction fee in their app before transferring.
mmkvip supports four payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. When choosing a deposit method, picking the mobile wallet you use most often will be the most convenient.
Select Wave Money from the Deposit section. After transferring to the provided Wave Money number, send the Transaction ID and screenshot to Live Chat. We will verify it and credit your account. The minimum deposit amount per transaction via Wave Money is 10,000 Ks.
Regardless of which payment method you use, the minimum deposit amount per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Whether you use KBZPay or Wave Money, this limit is the same. If the amount is below 10,000 Ks, the deposit cannot be processed.
Withdrawal
Yes, for security, withdrawals are only processed to a wallet or bank account registered in your own name. Please note that if you attempt to withdraw to someone else's wallet, it will be reviewed and may be delayed. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
mmkvip's payment service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can request a withdrawal at night or on weekends. The normal withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. However, please note that bank transfers may take longer than usual during bank system maintenance periods.
To withdraw funds received from a bonus, you must first complete the Wagering Requirement. For mmkvip's Welcome Bonus, you must wager 20x the bonus amount before the remaining bonus balance can be withdrawn. For example — if you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, you must wager 800,000 Ks before you are eligible to withdraw.
To check a pending withdrawal, contact Live Chat and provide the Transaction ID or the withdrawal amount and the time the request was made. Our staff will check and explain the reason to you. Please also note that the minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks, and it may remain pending until that requirement is met.
You can request a cancellation through Live Chat before processing has begun. However, since processing takes between 5 and 30 minutes, please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel. Once the funds have been sent, cancellation is no longer possible.
